Special Olympics August 2008
Hello fellow readers,
During my summer hols, I did volunteer work for MoH. My role was more or less labour. But the cool thing was we ate a lot! LoL! Anyway. I was "cleaning" my laptop and came across 2 videos I made during the closing ceremony.
Sometimes you can't refer to these athletes as "special" but you can't help but point out the difference between normalcy and their condition. When you think you live a complicated life, you should actually wonder how complicated the parents of these children's lives are. That's what I'm doing..
5 non JM/EC/DM songs:
Marcell - Firasat = Blame YouTube. Anyway, this song is very poetic. Take away the music and you'll think Marcell is a poet.
Unwritten Law - Rest of My Life = Memories during 2003. Sweet song.
Usher - Moving Mountains = This music video is the 2nd part from Love in This Club. Although the songs have nothing in common.
Tom Petty - Free Fallin' = Ok, so maybe I'm not listening to him singing. JM made a cover and I like listening to that.
Inoue Joe - Closer = From Naruto Opening Theme. There's something about this song. I can't really put my finger on it.
Anyway.. Till next time.
